2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 Account Registration Process

You may only register one Account per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed, and any winnings may be voided.

2.3 Prohibited Registrations

3. Account Security and Verification

3.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activities conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must immediately notify helo77 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

helo77 implements comprehensive identity verification procedures to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. We reserve the right to request the following documentation at any time:

• Valid government-issued photo identification (KTP - Indonesian Identity Card, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, screenshot of e-wallet account with your name visible)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document for facial verification

Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Documents must be clear, legible, and show all four corners of the original document without alteration or editing.

3.3 Account Information Updates

You must keep your Account information current and accurate. Any changes to your name, address, contact details, or payment methods must be promptly updated through your Account settings or by contacting customer support.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

helo77 accepts deposits through major Indonesian banking institutions including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

4.2 Payment Method Ownership

All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own legal name matching your Account registration details. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. helo77 reserves the right to void transactions and confiscate winnings if deposits are made from payment methods not belonging to the Account holder.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours after approval, subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with bonus wagering requirements. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification time. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits unless otherwise approved by helo77 management. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are specified in your Account dashboard.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal requests will be approved. Unusual transaction patterns, excessive deposits followed by immediate withdrawal requests without gameplay, or other suspicious activity may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures and temporary Account restrictions.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms Acceptance

By accepting any bonus, promotion, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by helo77, you agree to comply with the specific terms and conditions attached to that promotion. Bonus terms vary by offer and are clearly stated in the promotional materials and on the dedicated promotions page.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable Real Money. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 100,000 bonus requires Rp 3,000,000 in qualifying wagers.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. 5.4 Maximum Bet Limits

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

Game results cannot be predicted, influenced, or altered by helo77 or any third party. All games are independently audited by reputable testing agencies to verify fairness and randomness.

6.3 Bet Settlement and Disputes

Any disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 14 days of the event conclusion.

6.4 Disconnections and Technical Issues

In the event of disconnection during gameplay, unfinished game rounds will be completed according to the game provider's standard procedures. For most games, in-progress rounds continue to their natural conclusion and results are recorded in your Account history. helo77 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the user's end.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false identity documents, impersonating another person, or any form of financial fraud.
• Collusion and Cheating: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantages, using automated betting software or bots, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or manipulating game outcomes.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one Account per person to circumvent bonus terms, betting limits, or exclusion measures.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies between different bookmakers or taking advantage of delayed odds updates to guarantee profits.
• Money Laundering: Using helo77 services to launder funds from illegal sources or conducting transactions with no genuine gaming intent.
• Unauthorized Commercial Use: Scraping website content, copying game interfaces, or using helo77 intellectual property without explicit written permission.

Violations will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Funds including deposits and winnings, and potential legal action.

8. Limitations of Liability

helo77 services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, helo77 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or Services.
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, connectivity issues, or third-party service disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain login credential confidentiality.
• Decisions you make regarding betting, wagering, or gameplay strategies.
• Changes to game rules, odds, or service availability made by third-party game providers.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with helo77 services is to discontinue use and close your Account.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request permanent Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money balance will be returned to you following successful KYC verification and subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.

9.2 Suspension by helo77

helo77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or pose a risk to the integrity of our Services. In such cases, helo77 may withhold Funds pending investigation and reserves the right to confiscate deposits and winnings obtained through fraudulent means.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to take a break from gaming, you may activate self-exclusion measures through your Account settings or by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to access your Account, place bets, or receive marketing communications. 10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Applicable Law

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of helo77 services, you agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support team. 10.3 Limitation Period

Any claim or dispute must be raised within 90 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
